I was an Omlet Chef when I was a kid. I would stand at the end of the brunch/buffet line and cook them to order at a resort, and there was no end to the combinations people would request. Peppers, as are most veggies, are a welcome addition in my food anytime. Very Happy

I didn't realize it was that much, but had heard years ago that Green Peppers had more vitamin C than oranges and to this day, recall it was like being splashed with cold water. I was like, Huh? Shocked

Honey is the only natural food that is made without destroying any kind of life.

Bees are amazing. I'm actually allergic to their sting, but am still considering a hive in my back yard. I've been taking bee classes lately, and there's just too many positive benefits, not to mention, having my own pollinators buzzing around.

I also understand that honey does not have an expiration date.

The hotter a chili pepper is, the healthier it it. This is because chili peppers contain capsaicin, which is what gives the chili pepper its heat. Capsaicin is also utilized to treat various ailments, such as arthritis, and to help lower blood cholesterol or the risk of prostrate cancer. Hotter chili peppers are also higher in vitamins.

That's not useless info, but is that total grown in the US?
The fruit of the aubergine is botanically classified as a berry. I LOVE me some aubergine!

And what about the non-words it contains? Such as "ain't"? If that's a contraction, what does it mean? Which letters does the apostrophe replace? Mad

I think it's a contraction of I am not. I guess the extra syllable was too much for some folks(myself included), so they had to shorten I'm not down some more.
