Not Newto SQF just this forumn

Post  LeAnneDeardeuff on 3/6/2012, 1:33 pm

Hi, my name is LeAnne.
I am from NW Missouri. I have been doing Square Foot Gardening for 15 years. I started in raised beds with the old book. We made dirt from sand and topsoil and manure back then. Boy it had lots of weeds. I love the New Mel's mix. This year I am redoing my beds to take the old stuff out that had Goat and Cow dung in it and replacing it with rabbit and chicken. I hated to garden until I read Mel's first book. And the second one is better! Now I jump at the bit until I can get out there and get my hands dirty!!!

I love planting my pumpkins and squashes so they hang in the air! So fun!

Time to plant spring crops! I am out of here! Laughing

Hi LeAnne and welcome to the Forum.

LeAnne

Another member that started out with the old SFG method and converted to the ANSFG method. It really is a much easier way to garden.

Glad to have you join us, and please keep us updated on your progress.
