Hi from Ontario, Canada

Post  NancyM on 3/18/2012, 6:06 am

Good day,

I am a mother of 3 who has been organic gardening since 94. I live on a swampy large property in a forest which is a challenge to grow items! We lack sun and soil being on bedrock. I believe in trial and error to adjust to my surroundings. I believe in thrifty gardening and participate in seed and plant swaps in my area. This year my main goal is maximize on the beds I created the other years. Therefore I hope to apply Square Foot Gardening concepts to improve my yields! Looking forward to meeting you all. :cat:

Swampy calls for table tops. Search on tabletop or TT for ideas. If you can't build on the ground, build over it. Very Happy

Kay

NancyM....Welcome to the forum. I hope the SFG concept works well for you with your land issues. I agree tabletops may be the way to go. There's lots of success with them on this forum. Check out the posts and pictures.
