NASA tests, using Aluminum oxide

Hello everyone,
Just found this at http://www.spaceweather.com/ , and wonder who might live in that area, & how you could protect yourself, your family, & your Food-gardens... from http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/sunearth/missions/atrex-nightlight.html - On Friday, March 23rd, between midnight and 3 am EDT, NASA plans a rapid-fire launch of five sounding rockets from the Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia. The seven rockets will deliver an Aluminum oxide chemical tracer...

I am to far south to see this, oh well.

It would be more interesting if doing all these experiments, using our tax dollars, that they coud find out what they find out, and then could do something about it. I haven't heard any thing about changing 'Mother Nature'
