a seed spacer tool

Post  GWN on 3/25/2012, 8:22 pm

Hi
I thought I would share my new seed spacer.
I got the idea from a thread here, and my husband added the handle, so you can STAMP the squares standing up.

One side for carrots and one side for peas (not that I planted Carrots yet) Smile

This is my first year and he isn't totally on board, so I'm trying to ONLY try the things I can do myself. Look out next year....... he'll be a believer and I'll have lots of ideas I've seen on here for him to make!

Sometimes I think how lucky I am, but my husband just goes along with whatever I happen to be obsessed about at any particular time.
I guess we are both happy to have the time to do these things. Very Happy

Haha ! I need mine to earn the money for me to spend on Mel's Mix !

I just grabbed some left over cuts of stud ( 2x4 ) made a box. I found some spare gutter guards, snipped them to size and fastened them to the bottom of the box with roofing nails.! lemme go take a picture. It's not very big but will do for over a bucket I guess.
