...to make a daiquiri with these strawberries! Very Happy

The tag said "June-bearing" strawberries. I hope by June, there will be more than three. Razz

Freeze 'em and stock up until you can get more than a shot glass sized daiquiri!

Could you please post a pic and price when you get your blender!

Your berries look great. My DH saw 1st one ripe today, pulled back netting to get it, and said 'I got it before you'all' speaking upwards to all the birds.

By June, we'll be having baby strawberry plants!

Don't wait for the blender Wink chop them up with a knife , mash them with a fork ,add abit of Bacardi and mush them up a bit more. Them make the drink with a decent dose of Bacardi sunny strain out any lumps , throw them away, add more Bacardi add the crushed ice buit not too much so as to dilute the drink , you'll not notice any further lumps if you add enough .

You could also make a strawberry rum infusion for a daiquiri.

Cut up the strawberries into quarters place in a mason jar and fill it with a white rum till the strawberries are covered an inch or so. Let the mixture steep for 7-10 days in the fridge, strain and then use it to make your daiquiri.

Screw the daiquiri, just eat them by themselves. Then just some cheap frozen strawberries for the daiquiri, plus lots of rum

I predict by next June you will have more than 3 strawberry plants.

We had strawberries in our raised bed. We did our best to get rid of them (10+ years later, there are still signs of them).

If I ever decide to grow strawberries again, it'll be in their very own bed or in containers.
