No Rookie Topic?

Post  AvaDGardner on 4/14/2012, 3:57 am

I keep searching for yesterday's Rookie topic.

What subject am I missing? They are so informative!

I think a lot of our regional hosts are busy with their gardens. The Rookie Topics are not currently scheduled as a regular feature of this Forum. But keep your eyes open, the volunteers may put something together in the future. Do you have any Rookie Topic ideas?

Anyone can put together a Rookie Topic if they want and submit it to me via pm for approval.

I saw a single post thread by Rooster that had two topics in it. I wasn't sure if it was 'here is what we covered' or 'here is what we will cover.'

Do Rookie topics go into a certain folder? It would make them very accessible. Maybe put them with the database directory? They are a great resource.

This is a sticky in the SFG Forum. Is this what you are looking for?

No, I was referring to this post by Rooster:

The directory I referred to earlier isn't a directory. Perhaps creating a subdirectory of SFG Talk just for the RTs? Then you have a handy reference.

Just a thought.

That's the list for 2012. I have several more topics to add to it that have been covered so far this year. Then they will be stickied and layed out same as 2011.
That way they are all together and easily accessed.

Ava, nearly all the Rookie Topics that have been posted are already in stickies in the SFG Talk forum... easily found.
