Print screen

A long way around is to do a print screen then paste the item into paint and make a picture of it. Not necessarily the easiest way, but it works.

Actually, it might be the easiest way to do it, frankly. Hit print screen while the file is open, the open MS Paint, do ctrl+v (or edit-paste), save the file, then host it here.

Unless you've got special software on your computer, that's probably the easiest. Or, load it into google docs and then share the file with us via url.
