Our town's Annual Sunfest Weekend

Post  Kelejan on 6/2/2012, 7:53 am

I had planned to take a weekend off from gardening due to our town's annual Sunfest.

The weather forecast?

Today

Rain ending near noon then cloudy with 40 percent chance of showers. Risk of thunderstorms and hail late this morning and this afternoon. Amount 5 to 10 mm. Wind becoming southwest 20 km/h near noon except gusting to 80 near thunderstorms this afternoon. High 18. UV index 4 or moderate.

Tonight
Partly cloudy. 40 percent chance of showers early this evening. Risk of thunderstorms and hail early this evening. Wind southwest 20 km/h except gusting to 80 near thunderstorms early this evening.
.
Oh, well. Sigh! I will be there, under my big umbrella, supporting all the efforts to the best of my ability.
