Holes in leaves

Hi,something is eating holes in my potatoe leaves and my stick beans: Will it do any damage to the the potatoes or the beans?

That depends on how much these insects are eating. Some leaf damage is to be expected, but if they're destroying leaves systematically, yes, it can reduce yield.
