peach tree disease

Post  Palmdale Steve on 6/19/2012, 9:48 am

I recently had a peach tree expire from something called "PSTS".Does anybody know what this is? Can I plant another tree where this one was? Do I have to treat the soil in any special manner?I need a variety of tree that will ripen in late July or early August. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Maybe Prunus Stem Pitting? Maybe the link can help you figure it out.
