Grape Leaves disease

Post  memart1 on 6/22/2012, 6:00 pm

I just came back from a swim at my daughter's. While there She showed me her grape vine which looks strong and sturdy, but the leaves are spotted with yellow bumps on the top sides. Each bump on the bottom side is colored a brilliant pink. Any ideas? They are planted near the edge of her property and the next property is a swamp.
