I don't know what kind if beetles these are but they are everywhere and eat practically everything. Wee destructors.

From what I'm finding looking up beetles (which is excessively hard for me since it makes me jumpy out of mind ), it may be a leaf beetle. It looks kind of like the dogwood leaf beetle. But, hey, you say it eats things, I say, he needs to go.
