Insecticidal Soap Spray Recipe

Anyone have a recipe for making my own soap insecticide?
Aphids are attacking and I need to fight back!

Here is another good recipe for insecticidal soap. It includes adding various ingredients like garlic and capsaicin.

geez, can it be any easier? I have Castille soap in my shower right now.
