What is this?

Post  Robin Depaul on 10/28/2012, 4:20 pm

My neighbor has this plant. It could be a tree based on the trunk size but he has it as a bush. Red leaves year round and red stemmed, milky discharge when cut. Trunk is grey.[img][/img]
