We built a home last summer...first time for the garden in this yard.

Bentonville
AR, home of Wal-Mart.

Enjoy...suggestions?

I was just going to ask what the tiered box was for! And I second that, "Wow!." Look forward to seeing pics of them full and overflowing with edibles!

Wow - I can't wait for you to post pictures of all those beds just full of green!

My question......why do you have the beds up on bricks? Plywood bottoms under there?

What a great space!!! good luck.

Bricks...that part of the yard fills with water when it rains like mad...which happens occasionally here in NW AR. It does drain off into the cow pasture behind us...but it is almost flat...so it takes a couple hours. The bricks elevate the boxes.

There are bricks underneath the whole box....and landscape fabric underneath the box and on top of the bricks.

I also like the bricks as I am a known over-waterer.

Can't wait to send pics of the success...Hope there are lots.
