Hi from Sweden

Post  viola on 11/17/2012, 1:21 am

Just in the middle of winter (but it feels more like autumn with this wet and mild november Sad ).
Was thinking about next year and searching the web for exciting reading. I found this site and it looks really nice.
I live with my man (and some animals like dog, cat, chickens and rabbits) in a small village and we have done some experimental plantings in our backyard. We have a big garden, about 2.500 squaremeters, but we are beginners at planting so we will start small and hopefully grow allong the time.
This site I hope will make it easier to succes.
I hope my english is good enough so you all will understand what I´m writing and my future questions.

Have a nice winter everyone (and summer for all of you who lives on the other side of our planet Very Happy )

Welcome to the forum Viola. Your English is a lot better than my Swedish, which I admit is nothing.
I hope the forum helps you get started growing healthy crops easier and with less water than you expected.
Raised beds is the way to succeed.
We northerners will be really busy with pictures and posts in the spring once again. For now, we all envy those in the south that can still grow a crop or two. I love the pictures.
