Thanks, this is just what I've been looking for. This is my first year for SFG and I will only have one 4' x 4' bed, but I will definitely use this for my planning.

Post  thegreatcob on 12/31/2012, 6:10 pm

boog1 sorry about that but it works best if you print it out
i forgot to include instructions on how to use the template.
but I assume most of of you can figure out how to use it. For those who do have trouble i will post an example on how to use the template in few days.
ps the template still needs few tweaks. but it is better most others i have seen.
psps it took me a week's planning to get the template I posted to the quality needed to post it.
pspsps the document is in the pdf format. I may post it in other document formats at later date.

I'm semi-new to this, can you please explain what I would put in the box for each week? Also, do you usually switch out your garden all at once, or only each plant when it is needed/time?
Thanks!

sleepybeagle
1.you don't reset garden all at once.
2. the days in in chart are not weeks they 5 days increments. which is easier then doing math in weeks.

you use the chart to map out the days each set plants will be in blocks

An example how use chart

so one of these charts is for one bed, and 3 plantings? Each bed would need it's own chart? Or is A, B, C three beds?

Thank you.

What do I click on to open the google document? If I click on the template it just opens the same window in another tab.
