Hi. I have gardened for years but this is my first SFG coming up this spring. I am really excited about it, and I can't wait to get started. I am anxious to get familiar with this forum and see what great stuff I can learn.

I can't wait to jump in and get going! bounce

colleengallagher - glad you\'re here to the SFG forum and gardening!
Have you bought the New SFG Book by Mel Bartholomew yet?
The book is fabulous and gives you alot of information on starting your garden, etc.
How many boxes and what sizes are you starting with?
I have some family in Missouri. Very Happy

Yes, I did buy the book, and I have been getting ideas of what to plant. I am starting with two 4x4 foot beds. I think that will be more than enough for me to start out with. I can't wait until the weather breaks and I can get started.

Hi Colleen,

glad you\'re here Welcome to the SFG forum. 32 squares equals 160 feet of row garden. Just think of how much more you will harvest in a fraction of the time and cost. You've got to love it! Have a great growing season!
