gardens empowering girls in india

Gardens in India

This is a great article about a group based out of Seattle, who are teaching gardening skills to young girls in India, allowing them the hope that they might now be married off young, or worse.
It just seems that gardening is so much more important than anything.

Wow that is so sad to have to live in fear of that. Who knew a small garden could have that kind of impact of young girls lives. Great article, thanks for sharing!
