Hullo everyone

Post  Ole_Rascal on 4/1/2013, 11:53 am

Hello from San Tan Valley, AZ. I am brand new to gardening and have some friends that recommended doing it the square foot way. I am just about to build my first 3x3 garden today. We'll see how it goes.

glad you\'re here to the Forum!

If you haven't had the chance, pick up the All New Square Foot Gardening book. This Forum will give you TON of ideas. To save yourself some time check out the info on the Home page and use the Search feature. That way you don't have to wait for someone to come on and answer.

Thanks for the heads up. I took the easy way out and bought the Mel's Mix from HomeDepot. I want to get a good start.

Do you have it delivered, or did your local store hve it available there? I ask because mine is supposed to get delivered today and I paid an exhorbitant deivery charge just before learning of the $55 max that Rooster posted about this weekend. So I am now in dispute with Home Depot overthe delivery price.

My local store here had it so fortunately I didn't have to have it delivered.
