Got my 1st tomatoes today

Post  bnoles on 6/23/2013, 12:55 pm

Been watching these ripen for the last couple days and finally they reached peak on the vine today.  They are cherokee purple heirlooms.  Made one of the best 'mater samiches for lunch you could ask for.  Many more on the vine and am I ever looking forward to them.

Congrats. That first bite into those tomatoes will be Heaven. Much better than those from the grocery store we've been eating all winter. Enjoy.
