Is This a Leaf Hopper?

Post  unit649 on 7/14/2013, 10:42 pm

This pinkish bug was on my tomato plant. It hopped away before I could get it. I have looked at tons of pics from google, but the closest that I could find for KY was a potato leaf hopper, but it was the wrong color. Any ideas? Is it a pest?

sanderson, yes it looks like this one.  Thank you.

From sanderson's link this is Gyponana tenella leafhopper.
