Soil mixture after winter

Soil mixture after winter

What do I need to put in my garden after wintering over? After I removed plants last winter the soil mixture has deminished.  Do I add compost or do I need to do the 3 part mixture?  Thanks for the help!

Remove any plant debris, add compost to the garden box of Mel's Mix, stir it, place the grid and plant. It's that easy.
