Hi everyone!
I'm still around!  Still gardening!  Still teaching SFGing!
I go to a Jr. Collage and I study classical guitar, and I have a second scholarship to continue my music.  I also take nursing.

This year is my last year in 4-H and I am working on a garden project similar to a SFG, but a little different, no grids, and a little different soil mix.  The idea is a $0.00 cost garden, and so far it has turned out great.

Boffer, I just had a haircut when this picture was taken a couple of weeks ago ...LOL

If you want to see the details to my project, you can see it from the start to now

Hey, Josh!

Great to hear from you!  Sounds like you are busy as a beaver.  Hang in there with the nursing classes.  My daughter and son-in-law are both nursing graduates this year and working as RNs and loving it.

Great garden.  Thanks for sharing the links.

And - P L E A S E - don't be a stranger.  We all have learned a great deal from you!

Wow, Josh.  What a fantastic project.  A great way to help the less fortunate to start their own gardens.  What is the area between the boxes covered with?  It looks so neat and so organized.  I should take lessons from you.

So, guitar playing person, how is it going?  I have a 3rd grade student this year who, if she keeps it up, will beat older students.  It pays to get the gutsy students when they are young.   Smile

Im pretty sure his walkways are made from a mold that you fill with cement.  I was looking at them to make a pathway.

Josh, your garden looks amazing.

It's good to see your still around josh , gardening , studying and that no pretty gal has stolen you for the duration .

I'm into the third year of growing from some home grown self collected heirloom seeds that  I was given Josh . They turned out far better than was suggested , do you have anything like that? Wink

Hi Josh,

Great to hear what you've been up too and love hearing what is happening in your life.  My son has played guitar for years and it touches me to see how you have progressed over the years in your technique, the same way I have watched my own son.  As talented as I think my son is he also realized he needed a career he could count on to support his life style.  Best wishes to you with nursing, my son chose business logistics within the Japanese language/business.  But he will always love his guitar and other string instruments.  He has also been known to sit along the Tokyo Bay strumming his ukulele of all things.   You guitar guys are crazy!  I love it.  Take care Josh and best wishes to you!!!

Your garden looks beautiful, Josh. I love how you're always curious and thinking outside of the box.

I added worm tubes to my raised table top gardens and even in 100+ degree heat and 22 cold my worms have thrived. This spring I thought they were going to take over the world  Very Happy

Don't be a stranger, we love hearing from you!
