My 2 year old grandson (who had a sleepover with Grandma and Grandpa last night) woke up around 6:45, so we quickly went outside to see if we could find the "red moon". Unfortunately, we couldn't find the moon at all. We went outside and looked all over the sky. We saw lots of stars (which he loved), but no moon. I think it was behind some houses or trees or maybe we were too late. Oh well, he thought it was great to go outside in his jammies and look at the sky.

For us, it was supposed to be around 3-4 AM. I slept through it, but it was still so big and beautiful at 9 PM.
