I saw this a while back - I hope a lot more people start doing the same! I would much rather look at someone's garden than a patch of lawn any day Very Happy

My front yard is (and was at purchase) a catastrophe.  The plan has always been to go front-yard gardens.  Granted, I haven't moved on that plan, other than some diagramming, but I think I've been waiting to really see how efficient I can make my backyard three beds, before I go throwing another 100-150 sqft of garden up in the front. Smile
