Home made Butter

This is what I did today with the 2 unused pints of whipping cream. Starting to get chunky.
Squishing with ice water to get the milk out.
First cube at 6.1 oz.

Cool.  We did the same thing a couple of days ago in mason jars.  Fun thing to do.

Yes, it was fun. I think the whipping cream cost more than buying the same net amount of butter at the store. Smile
