Hello from Encinitas California

Post  TSHRED on 1/2/2015, 10:52 am

I'm getting ready to build two beds 3'x6'x12".

I want to learn about Sub-Irrigated Planters.
Hopefully I can find info here.

Thanks happy hi

Hi there! I was born and raised in San Diego and moved to them mountains of Central CA 11 years ago. Until then I lived in Valley Center and around the corner from you in Mira Mesa :-)

You have a wonderful growing climate year around. You'll love what you can produce.

I don't know anything about sub-irrigated planters but will follow along to learn.

WELCOME,
audrey

welcome TSHRED! I envy your never-ending growing season! I am a CA girl transplanted to the icy reaches of NE South Dakota. It has taken me some time to get used to a minute-long growing season lots o . Make sure to post lots of pics - we LOVE pics!

Welcome TSHRED! What a coincidence! My parents live in Encinitas and we are former Californians ourselves. We live in the deep south of the great state of Mississippi.
We in fact will be in Encinitas this month Smile visiting family all the way up to Paso Robles Ca.
Cheers to your gardening!!
