Dasterdly wabbits!

Even though I added plastic fencing to the gate & arbor the dastardly wabbits got in the garden. They chewed all of the pole beans off at ground level. We were getting a quartr bag of beans every 2 days. I had replanted for the next round of beans & they ate all the sprouts.
Looks like bad blood between me & the bunnies...

(the threat I used to always give my furry cats when they would misbehave - meaningless now with my hairless cats!)

Slippers, that's very funny Goosegirl.
My neighbors will know I've lost it, chasing rabbits around the back yard with my wife's pink fluffy slippers. I might even make the evening news.
My dogs give them a good run a few times a day but they have the place to themselves after 11 pm. It's good exercise for the dogs but not much of a threat to the rabbits.
Still working to improve the barrier fence so time will tell.
 I'll go look for the slippers now...

Yes, I dream of how the soft rabbit fur would feel on my tootsies, but I don't think I could really follow through on the threat!

I believe they are referred to as "wabbit twaps".  Smile

I've got a situation developing with the local wildlife as well.  Just found a rabbit nest in my front yard.  Guess I'd better get my box fence wabbit twap built soon...

I used my Wabbit fencing to turn one of my small boxes into a compost box.  Got to come up with another Wascally Wabbit Warder-Offer before I put out the broccoli starts! veggie fun
