This sounds like a nice do it yourself treat for chickens - also helps prevent boredom and pecking.

And I like that it can be made with coconut oil, not just lard or tallow (which is why I didn't buy a commercial FlockBlock; I know chickens can consume animal products, but I'd prefer not to encourage it)
