Vermiculite near Cleveland, Ohio

Post  mckr3441 on 3/8/2010, 1:27 pm

Just came home with two 4cf bags from the little garden shop around the corner from my house! YIPPPEEEEE!

I've been after this fellow since last year to get more, get more, get more. Here's the scoop:

Bremec on the Heights Garden Center
13410 Cedar Rd.
Cleveland Heights, Ohio 44118

Phone: 216-932-0039
Ask for Arthur and tell him the crazy SFG vermiculite lady sent you.

Price: 21.99 per bag

Hurry! He had five bags; I bought two. But I told him he better order more because I'm putting his location on a national SFG data base of suppliers and I'm going to need more myself. Also told him that if he sells 20 bags because of me I'm going to require a deal of some sort or I'll take him off the website !!!

Tell all your gardening friends.

HAHA sounds like what I told the local feed barn. If we can get all our gardening friends to start using vermiculite again the stores will take the hint and get more of it. Hopefully they'll come off the price too!

I realize this post is a year old now, but have you been back to that place OP? Do they still have it?
