This past Jan. or early Feb. we went to the 2016 running of the gourds festival in Pinal County AZ. There were thousands of people and hundreds of vendors. I had no idea so many people did so many things with gourds. I will post some pictures when my friends return from AZ with my forgotten camera. Anyway I bought a couple of seeds packets and wondered if anyone grew them and if there was any special things you need to do. I have heard that only certain areas of the country do gourds do well ( as in having a thick wall). People around here say you can't grow them so I thought I would try anyway.
