This is not anything to do with gardening. I am trying for the first time to make a flat bread that you cook on the grill. I know many of you will know this but I don't. It is rising now and later it calls to punch the risen dough down and put it on a well floured board and make four pieces and then cover with towel and let rise again. Then you stretch it out to about 8x10 and grill. OK my question is I don't want to make all of it ,only half, Can I freeze the other two for another day? Probably a stupid question but never made bread before.
