Hey, NCG, Ohio here! Welcome aboard! Lots of Cali folks on here. And all with tons of experience to boot! Tell us your plans, and fill us in on your experience, if any. Have you read Mel's books? A really great place to start in my opinion!!

glad you\'re here

Just remember, we were all Newbies once.  Make note of SEARCH at the top left hand corner of this page.  Tons of info there gathered over the years. I use it often.
If you need any help[, just ask. wave smile

Norcalgal, Welcome to the Forum from Fresno! glad you\'re here I was a real slacker on the computer yesterday so I didn't see that you had joined us. One great thing about our area is that you can garden year around. When you get time, can you add your City to your location? That will help members know your growing environment. The more recent thread on what your neighbors are doing is: http://squarefoot.creatingforum.com/t20189-northern-california-coastal-valleys-what-are-you-doing-this-month There is a slightly older thread with the same name, that is now locked because it is full, that you can also read. So exciting to have another Cal join us.
