Thanks Sanderson it was a great day with or friends.  Sam is also one of my gardening buddies he has a large garden area and though he is not raised bed he is a wealth of old gardening secrets that I often use in my raised beds. He is the guy I have our tomato trade deal with.  He grows them with all his room.  Peg and I blanch, peel and can them and we share the canned tomatoes 50-50.

Those ribs "Sho nuff lQQk'n good" Cappy... Very Happy    We bbq every weekend. Rain, snow, sleet or shine. Don't matter.
My smoker is only about 15 feet from my garden which makes it handy if I want to go pick a few bell peppers to roast on the grill.

When I was trucking all the time, I never turned down a load going into Louisiana. Y'all got them good groceries down there.  Even some of the truck stops have Boudin sausage. Keep that thin white smoke roll'n.
