Today I went to my local Home Depot in Prescott, Arizona to pick up a few bags of Mel's Mix. I walked in the garden area and found the bags. I then looked over to my right and Mel was there. I put a bag in my cart and he walked by and said that was good stuff. I talked to him a little about how this is my first year using the SFG, and that I have my vertical frame built, and I have strawberries and asparagus growing. We talked for a little bit and then he left. Then the manager asked me if I knew who that was and I said yes! I asked the manager why Mel was here in Prescott and the manager stated that Mel is getting a relationship going with SFG and Home Depot.
Crazy!

This was a Home Depot not a Lowes? I have only found Mel's mix at Lowes. This would be very good news.

I was at Home Depot and Lowes the last few visits here in Florida on the space Coast and didn't find any Mels Mix. I guess it takes a while to get across the Country.

While we don't have the Mel's Mix in Lowes stores here in Richmond, VA right now, I did notice an official SFG garden kit at Home Depot a few days ago.
