Mache seeds wanted for winter sowing

Post  Ginger Blue on 1/12/2017, 12:03 pm

I'd like to conduct a winter sowing experiment of mache.  Does anyone have extra seeds they'd be willing to share or swap?  I have quite a collection of tomato, herb, and veggie seeds to trade.

I just ordered some, based on your recommendation. I got the notice yesterday that my order has shipped, so I should get them any day. I'm sure there will be way more than I can use, so I'll send you some in the next day's mail.

Excellent!  Thanks Suz! rock on

I don't recall us having any conversations about mache, previous to this thread.  Perhaps someone else recommended it to you? (Or maybe I'm just forgetfful!) thinking

Interesting, GB, when are you going to put them in?   I have 4 mache in, they were alive when I snapped the pic in my avatar....tough little plants, and delish!  I plan to practically pepper a bed with them next fall!

Embarassed Okay, so maybe it was someone else. It was in a post, not a PM, around the same time as we were swapping seeds. Anyway, I'm getting some and I think I already have your address, so we should be good to go.
