Some of our Gluten-free Cajun Recipes

Post  Cajun Cappy on 1/16/2017, 12:51 pm

Sanderson told me about this section I hadn't noticed.  A quick way to share several of our favorite recipes is to give ya the link to our recipe blog we don't contribute to it like we should but it is a place where we put our on line recipes and how to cook em videos.

camprn mentioned that links help the forum by not taking up too much space and our posts are full of pictures and videos so I thought I'd share this.  We will continue to add to it and any questions or comments ya put here We will try to answer.  It's a good example of how a happy Cajun couple can live totally gluten free.

Been busy and havent been on line much so i just saw this.  Peggy has been getting requests a plenty for her recipe on gluten free sites so I got her recipe when we make it we usally go wild and make lots of small loaves they freeze and keep well I love slicing off a chunk putting a few pats of butter on it and poping it in the toaster oven for a few minutes Now thas what I call breakfast.  Our pecans seem to be loaded with nuts ripening but the bananas are just in their first year after a freeze so we have no nanners Sad.  Anyways here is the recipe.
