I've stuck those small tomato cages that you buy at the store for a buck into my containers and then can drape netting right over the top of them. But while the plants are small maybe some sticks or branches with netting draped over them. QB cuts and bends metal coat hangers over hers to drape with tulle.

Please do it now. Or we'll be reading about how you wished you hadn't waited. No

The plastic is wrapped around & then stapled to the underside. Once I replace the plastic, I can post a picture.

Woke up to this. Looks like Edward Scissorhands tried to get some spinach, lettuce & bok choy from my garden. Whatever animal did this was strong because it literally moved the bricks I use to secure this netting. Luckily, it's very cheap netting. I've never had this happened before Mad

OMG!  Shocked Me either.

I had a bigger-than-a-squirrel digger sticking his paws into my MM last night, too.  So this morning, after replanting, I covered the uncovered boxes with hardware cloth and chicken wire.  I didn't anchor any of it tho so we'll see if it gets moved.

Crud.

Meanwhile, back in the bay window...
6 yr old stevia plant is putting out spring growth:

Ground cherries on the left, parsley on right:

Around here, that is raccoon damage.  They are strong and smart and love garden stuff.

I think you're right SR. Luckily, all it did was rip the netting. All of plants were spared...phew!

Did you get your netting?
