I do! Fitbit Flex which is all I need.  I have been using it for 2yrs, 4mos, and just yesterday got my Africa badge, noting that I have walked/run 5000 miles since I started.

I am loving the activity tracker I bought a few months ago. It has been motivating, but a few bouts of being unwell has kept me from getting in as many steps in a day as I would like.

I try to track my food and water intake and I use fitness pal for nutritional info.

This is another great site for nutrition info. I really like the detailed breakdown of nutrients, micronutrients, etc. It also shows a glycemic index. http://nutritiondata.self.com/

fitness trackers - fitbit

Post  kauairosina on 5/16/2017, 4:06 pm

I have used my original Fitbit for many more years than I can count.  I no longer do all the on line stuff.  I just toss it into my pocket to remind me that I could put in a few more steps in a day and notice how far I have gone, or not.  I read the miles rather than the steps.

I love my Charge 2.

It really brings it all together, and helps me see exactly how I am doing as I zero in on my goals.

I got a half-price (refurb) Alta. I'm amused that it apparently detected sorting/folding laundry as a sport! Raking counts as walking. I think hand trimming grass and gathering it up for composting was "aerobics." Laughing
