Should I prune my yellow squash plants?

Post  jeboo on 5/21/2010, 7:52 am

I am new to any kind of gardening and I am happy to report that my garden is doing really well!! I was wondering if I am supposed to prune my squash plants? I found mixed reviews when I researched the topic online. Thanks

I've never pruned my squash plants. Let 'em spread and do their thing.

I see you're in Dallas. If you want to see another SFG besides your own The North Texas Environment Meetup Group is coming to my back yard tomorrow (Saturday) for a talk about SFG that I'm giving.

The details are here:

Thanks for the quick response. I can't make the meeting tomorrow but maybe next time. I am actually in The Colony so we are neighbors!
