Hello from VA

Post  trustinhart on 5/25/2010, 2:01 pm

Hi guys/gals!!

I am REALLY excited to meet all of you. I read Mel's book way back in the day, but never had the chance to try it. I just found the new book and now I can do it. I'm working on layouts and compass directions now, I hope to put in a fall crop. I have a daughter and 3 grandchildren who will be moving in with me in July. I really need to supplement our groceries with fresh garden grub!. Good gardening to us all!!

Hi Wade and Mary:

Thanks for the warm welcome. I know where you guys are. My parents have a place on the bay at Bavon. You're not too far aware. I am very excited. Got my compost started today. Don't worry, I WILL have questions!!
