Guess how many tomatoes are in a bushel basket
Just kidding!
At the bottom of the index page (the forum home page) there are several different forum stats listed. One of the stats is the number of posts that have been made since the forum's creation on March 1, 2010. We are approaching 20,000-SFGers sure talk a lot! Anyhow, we're having a little 'office pool' to guess what day we will hit 20,000. When I made this post we were around 17,300.
There's no money involved and no prizes-just for fun and braggin' rights! Make a post to pick what date you think we'll hit the mark. I'll lock this thread on June 2, then we watch and wait, just like our gardens!

Flying completely blind, not knowing when the forum started or how many members there are or what constitutes a post (I assume each individual contribution rather than one thread) I will throw my hat in the ring for June 8th before noon ET. And I want a cap if I win! LOL

OK, I added the forum creation date, so it's only fair that you can change your mind if you want to! Number of members is listed in the same area. Your definition of a post is correct.

June 4th, at about 8:45 am (Mountain Time - cos that's where I am and that's where SFG headquarters is)

My guess is June 1st. Before you get to close the voting. Close 10 pm central time.
