I have tomatoes in MI!

Post  Nurse Grams on 6/7/2010, 6:21 pm

True ... they're teeny-tiny green ones ... but I'm so excited! The photo with 4 tomatoes is an organic "Big Beef"

which I found out was an indeterminate type. I pinched off the suckers as soon as I saw them... then found out I should have done it differently ~oh well~ live and learn.

The other photo is of my organic "Super Sweet 100" cherry tomato plant.

You should have seen this excited old lady doing the happy dance in her front yard this afternoon! ...heheheh!

YAY!

I am the same way when I see new little green tomatoes. I can't wait to harvest my first one.
