Snow Pea Leaves?

Post  Shoda on 6/15/2010, 5:44 pm

Has anyone tried eating the leaves of the Snow Pea? I found this link about it and was thinking of trying some. My Super Snow Peas are rather bitter -- not sure if it is the variety or the weather. Thought I might try a stir fry with the Snow Peas and some of the leaves as the plants are getting huge.

Here is the recipe I found and the link: Snow
