I feel like a school girl with the winning science project

My first "official" harvest. All of these plants were ragged, leggy and looking ready for the compost heap. What a marvelous experience. I have no idea about varieties etc. (Except my tomatoes)

This is one of my Big Beef tomatoes. This morning we found 3 new ones!!!

This is a cantaloup that volunteered out of the compost pile. I threw a rotted cantaloupe in the compost from the shop down the street. It has a blossom on it, under the leaves.

This is my second best girlfriend, Abigail Elizabeth Pelletier. My first BFF is my daughter who took the pics. The mocking birds dive bomb her (Abby) every time she goes out to the garden, They have a nest in a nearby bush.
Thanks for all the encouragement and advice from the forums, luv ya'll
