I had what turned out to be a zucchini pop up in the garden(not SFG). Don't know what kind it is though. It's about 7-9 inches long, 4-5 wide, really tough skin, and a yellow area around the neck. Shredding/freezing any zucchini I have now for winter bread so I haven't used any of this type in zucchini bread yet. Normally use Black Beauty, but hated to throw this out. Anyone have any ideas??
