Welcome to the forum, Feras_Ku! I'm from Missouri in the Upper South region of the US where the summers are hot and humid, the winters are cold and rainy or snowy, but the springs and autumns are beautiful.

I was just reading something today in the Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds catalog about two tomatoes they offer which are heirloom varieties from Iraq. The seeds were carried by an Iraqi who moved to Syria, who then shared the seeds with a man living in the UK who sent them to Baker Creek in the US in a seed exchange. (Those are world-traveling tomatoes!)

One variety is Al Kuffo, and the other is one brought from Mosul which Baker Creek calls the "Nineveh" tomato. Do they grow either of those varieties in Syria? I was thinking about growing some next year.
