Hello from Clevo!

Post  Chris on 8/17/2010, 3:29 pm

Hey everyone. I've been lurking for quite some time, so I figured I should register.

This is my third year gardening. So far, I've picked a lot of beans, had my first respectable carrot harvest, and had two good heads of lettuce. I'm growing and eating okra for the first time. I get about two pods a day off them. Also, I just picked my first red Jetsetter tom.

I hope you've all been having a successful gardening season so far.

Chris

Welcome

Welcome, Chris. glad you\'re here

If your okra is like mine, you will soon be getting a lot more than two pods a day. It seems to increase exponentially. How do you cook your okra?

Glad you made it out of Lurker Land.

Thanks for all the welcomes, everyone! Well, ander217, I have only eaten it once, and I kinda just sauted it with a bunch of other veggies. I really want to try the southern fried approach, though.
